So the Train the Trainers seminar is over now. We had the most wonderful participants, who were and are now even more excited about discovering themselves and giving trainings and facilitating.

We'll share some photos of the seminar soon. Here are some thoughts of one particular participant, Chi Khanh Dang's, who became the leader of the Tampere Trainer Pool.

"I thought I could write many many things.
In the end, I didn't know how to put these feelings into words.
They are so wide and overwhelming.
Still, I want to thank all of the participants for giving me such a great and wonderful time.
I will remember a seminar with full of new and useful information, yet full of fun and happiness at the same time.
I will remember how the facis prepared all the sessions with the most efficient usage of time. It was quite easier-to-breath during the seminar with exercises in the mornings, long breaks, and icebreakers. Massage did help a lot, too. :p
And thank you for giving us a "safe chance" to practice our training skills.
And I will remember that feedback is a gift. Be honest. Never sacrifice it.
Remember as long as we have knowledge, skills and attitude, we can do anything.
Remember to listen, and share ....

You know, I was so emotional that I thought I could cry when we were all there, holding the scarf and saying whatever we want to share. I didn't want to believe that I was going to leave you, leave that heavenly place and be back to normal life.
At the same time, I knew, "you can only show me the door. I'm the one who has to walk through it", right?
So now, I'm inspired to move on with courage.
Because of you, TtT participants."
