Train the Trainer and Train the Advanced Trainer seminars 21.-23.8.2009 in Saimaa, Lappeenranta

Have you lately wanted to grow your wings and start to fly?? Are you interested about giving AIESEC trainings and facilitating in different events & seminars?? Here is your opportunity!

AIESEC in Finland NTT (National Trainer's Team) organizes both the Train the Trainer (TtT) and the Train the Advanced Trainer (TtAT) seminars 21.-23.8.2009 in Lappeenranta.

In the Train the Trainer seminar you will learn about facilitation and training skills! After the seminar you will also have the chance to join the National Trainers Pool (NTP) and do practical trainings and facilitations. National Trainers Pool is for the LCs to use when they select external trainers into their events and Local AIESEC Seminars (LAS's). The Pool members are also on the first line, when applying to facilitate in the national (and why not international??) seminars & meetings. ONLY by going to the TtT seminar you get to be a part of the NTP!

On the same weekend, NTT is organizing a Train the Advanced Trainer (TtAT) seminar, which is for those who have already gone through the TtT seminar and who are willing to learn more deeply about giving trainings and who want to become excellent trainers!

To whichever seminar you sign-up, the delegate fee is 20 euros. So SIGN UP NOW, the sign-up openes in this moment, and ends on Sunday, 16.8, at 23:59 pm. To sign up, download one of the following files:

Background of the TtT & TtAT seminars:

Our first local Train the Trainer seminars took place in year 2007. Those seminars turned out to be very successful and it showed that these seminars are highly needed and bring lots of benefits for our members. Train the Trainer seminar is organized by the National Trainers Team and is available for every active member, especially for the Executive Boards and other members in leadership positions.
