A new NTT team has come!

We, Jung Heiss from LC Oulu and Daniel Pryjma from LC Tampere are proud to say we are the new team responsible for training the new trainers of AIESEC in Finland. Here a little bit more about us:

- Jung Heiss:

My name is Jung Heins and would describe me as a world citizen! I have lived in so many different places, that it is sometimes difficult to tell where I come from. I’m born in South Korea, raised in The Netherlands, lived in England and Oulu as an exchange student, worked in Nepal, live since 2007 in Oulu to do my Masters in Education and Globalization and joined AIESEC. I became a member in autumn 2008 and was VP OGX from 2009-2010. I’m very eager and interesting in to learn more about different cultures, like travelling, roller skating, skiing, be with friends and laugh till I have belly pain. My preference is tea, but I learned how to drink coffee in Finland (with lots of milk and sugar!). More ever I like chocolate a lot, especially the dark one!

My dream is to establish my own NGO, one day!

- Daniel Pryjma

My full name is Daniel Ricardo Pryjma Sobrinho. I was born in Santa Maria, but when I was 6 months old my family moved to a bigger city called Curitiba. I spent most of my summer holidays at an island called Ilha do Mel where my family has a beach house, there I learned how to surf and really like doing that. I studied Mechanical Engineering and during my studies I went to France for a one year exchange. I joined AIESEC because I wanted to make sure that I was going somewhere abroad after graduating, but then I got my master position in Tampere. I stayed because I really enjoy it a lot. In Brazil I was in the sales team, here I was VP Comms for the term 2009-2010 and now NTT!!! I like green and blue and I drink my coffee with (a lot of) sugar!

My dream is to build my own small hotel by the beach

NTT’s aim for the term

Together we came up with what will be our aim for the NTT term and that is:

All AIESEC members know what NTT is and are highly skilled and full of talent, to be active facilitators in local, national, international and seminars outside AIESEC and increase the interest of members towards being trainers.

Also, this year we have a new position in NTT which is the responsible for coordinating the National Trainers Pool (NTP) and the responsible to handle this is Khanh Chi Dang from LC Tampere as well.

Finally we would like to say that we are here for you and if you questions, comments or you just want to talk to us, do it! Our contact info is on the side bar.

Cheers and let’s have a good term!

brummrolls....brbbrbrbrbbr and the trainers are:

Hello everyone, dear upcoming passionate trainers,

I am Kathleen from LC Bamberg, Germany. Training is my passion in AIESEC.
Now I have the chance to be your trainer for
the Train-the Trainer seminar for the second time.
After about two years of training experience in and outside AIESEC I learned that passion, creativity and learning are the crucial parts for personal development. It has been helpful to participate in trainings and also to deliver trainings. This experience guided me through all my steps and my team leading experience in this organization - from ICX to TM as well as through my current AIESEC internship in Helsinki.
I am very much looking forward to further explore the world of training with you.

Haudi hau TtT delegates,

My name is Anna-Maija and I´m from National Trainers Team
2009-10. Our slogan is "Passionating the education in AIESEC in Finland" and I truly stand for it. AIESEC seminars wouldn´t be anything without amazing facis that know the content and can deliver it to the delegates in creative but effective way. Due to my leadership experiences I´m really interested in group processes and how different personalities can work together.

Let´s have a great weekend and I hope I can learn something from you as well :)
